Packages are generally shipped within 1 day of receipt of payment and are shipped via Express Courier with tracking and delivery without signature. If you prefer UPS Extra with signature required, there is an additional charge, so please contact us if you plan to use this method.

Regardless of the shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Shipping charges include handling, packaging and postage. Handling charges are fixed, while shipping charges vary based on the total weight of the shipment.

We recommend that you group your items into one order. It is not possible for us to combine two separate orders placed separately, so shipping charges will be applied to each order.

Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items. The packages are appropriately sized and your items are well protected.


Our returns policy allows you to reconsider your purchase and return the item you received without having to give a reason, up to 30 days from the date of delivery, simply contact customer service via the website or by email at indicating your desire to return the product and we will make arrangements for collection. We will issue the refund within a maximum of 14 days from the date we accept the return and confirm it by email.
